Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may ship the next business day. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 5 business days. We'll email you a tracking number once your order ships.Shipping Rates & Methods
• United States: $15 flat rate shipping on all orders. Most orders ship via FedEx 2nd Day Air or UPS Ground (depending on size and location) for reliable delivery.
o Expedited options (e.g., FedEx 2nd Day Air) are available at checkout for an additional fee (starting at $35). (For Orders over $300).
• International Orders: Shipping is available worldwide. Rates start at $50 and vary by country, weight, and customs fees (calculated at checkout). Additional duties, taxes, or import fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Delivery Estimates
• Domestic (US): 2–7 business days after shipping (faster with expedited options).
• International: 7–21 business days after shipping, depending on destination and customs clearance.

• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes in some cases (carrier-dependent).

Order Process
What Happens After I Submit My Order Via Your Website?
Once you submit your order, a credit card authorization hold occurs for the full amount. This checks if your card is valid and has sufficient funds. Funds are held but not transferred until captured, typically within 7 days. Some pieces may take 2–3 weeks to produce before shipping.
How Long Does A Credit Card Authorization Last?
Credit card authorizations can last up to 7 days. If not captured within that period, the authorization becomes void and funds are released back to your account, usually within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
What Is Verification/Extra Verification?
All orders undergo verification to prevent fraud. Some may require additional documentation such as ID and the last 4 digits of the credit card. In rare cases, a selfie with both may be requested. We don’t store these emails — they’re securely attached to your profile for future verification bypass.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, but production can take up to 2–3 weeks. For urgent orders or specific dates, add a note at checkout or email sales@bellefortjewelry.com.
Standard Order Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel your order and receive a full refund unless the production stage is complete or your order has shipped. Restocking and shipping fees may apply. To cancel, email sales@bellefortjewelry.com with the subject line “Cancel my order #[Order #]”.

Orders received by 2pm PST usually ship in 2-3 days. We sometimes delay shipping an order for 1-2 business days if we are expecting new inventory to arrive.

Bellefort Jewelry makes no representation or warranty regarding its
grading and the articles described therein or any inscription thereon.
Diamond grading is an independent third-party opinion regarding the
quality of a diamond.
While such Reports are based upon quantifiable standards, a certain
level of subjectivity is always inherent in the diamond grading
process.
We accept returns for merchandise within 15 days of delivery. Please inspect all merchandise during this time. Returns submitted after the 15 day period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned merchandise must be in new, saleable conditional with original packaging. Rings must have tags still attached. Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and package must be insured for the value of the products returned. Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes as charged by their respectable custom offices.
